I canceled the Drivewyze subscription because prepass was offering a better service for the price. I canceled on the 7th of March and was block from using the Drivewyze service as soon as i canceled. Drivewyze charge me $17.99 from 7 March to April 7th. Their reasoning for charging me is because i was supposed to cancel before March 7th. So why not let me continue to use the service until the end of the time period that was going to be charged? They just took $17.99 and provided no service.
My company is to cheap to supply us with pre pass I won't state there name RYDER opps.Tried this app first 2 days was a dud but now it's works like a champ.So nice to be going by scales after years of stopping at the same 6 over and over again.

I delivered some pretty harsh reviews when deserved but, in this case, I just can't thank the fine folks at Drivewyze for helping me get up and going and for helping me with my special customer requests! Thank you Drivewyze!
I tried it for a month, it gave me only 2 bypasses. Most times it told me to go in before I hit the first prepass. ☹☹ I gave them another chance and I found out it was part my fault. The company I am least to has an ok rating.
For the past two months this app doesn't meet my expectations. Works great in the beginning now I'm the luckiest man at life. I tour every single weight station in the nation. Thanks driveways station. Sorry I meant drivewyse
